Our groups, workshops and events provide opportunities for the Leiya community to build skills and learn from leading experts in the mental health field. These offerings are free for members but open to all.
Facing Fears & Building Confidence
Join Dr. Andrea Pascarelli for a 12-week group for tweens who want to build confidence and learn skills for navigating social interactions.
Join Leiya's in-house Occupational Therapist, Victoria Green, for a 12-week group designed to help 4-7 year olds increase coordination, confidence and body awareness.
Join Dr. Meghan Luby for a 12-week group. Supportive Parenting for Anxious Childhood Emotions (SPACE) is a parent-based treatment shown to be effective for children with anxiety, OCD, selective mutism and related issues.
Stigma and Mental Illness
Join us online or in person on March 7th as we welcome Dr. Stephen Hinshaw, Distinguished Professor of Psychology at UC Berkeley, for an important discussion about stigma, mental illness and youth.
Managing Performance Anxiety
Join us online or in person on March 19th for a presentation by Michael Tompkins, PhD, ABPP on how to help adolescents manage performance anxiety when it hinders their success in school, extracurriculars and beyond.
