Our Services
Leiya offers a variety of services for families – all in one place. Each family receives a personalized care pathway that includes the services that will be most impactful for them.
Leiya’s assessment process utilizes our team of experts to gather history from caretakers and teachers, collaborate on in person testing, and synthesize our findings in a comprehensive report highlighting your child’s strengths and challenges. Our flexible team may include multiple specialists depending on your specific needs.
Our mental health clinicians are trained to provide evidence based treatment for a broad range of emotional and behavioral challenges throughout childhood and adolescence. Our providers offer individual and group psychotherapy drawing on their training in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP), Interpersonal Psychotherapy (IPT), Parent-Child Interaction Therapy (PCIT), Parent-Child Interaction Therapy Adapted for Selective Mutism (PCIT-SM), and Child-Parent Psychotherapy (CPP) interventions.
Our parent coaching programs help parents manage challenges and strengthen their relationships with their children. Our targeted coaching approaches include Supportive Parenting for Anxious Childhood Emotions (SPACE), Behavioral Parent Training (BPT) for ADHD, and individualized programs for parents addressing common childhood behavioral challenges.
Our licensed occupational therapy clinicians are trained to provide evidence-based treatment for a broad range of sensory and motor challenges throughout childhood and adolescence. Our providers offer both individual and group interventions drawing on their training from the STAR Institute Framework, Safe and Sound Protocol (SSP), Therapeutic Listening (TL), Visual-Vestibular Protocols (Astronaut Training), and Handwriting Without Tears interventions. Working in our fully equipped sensory gym, our clinicians can effectively support clients with sensory modulation, discrimination, and regulation through a variety of engaging activities and resources.
We offer tutoring and interventions for children struggling with academics. Our educational therapists specialize in working with kids with ADHD, dyslexia, dyscalculia and other learning challenges. Our standardized interventions focus on developing strengths-based learning strategies tailored for each individual. We collaborate with your school’s learning team to make sure that support is consistent across learning environments.
If medication is a part of your child’s treatment plan, our psychiatric nurse practitioners provide a safe and supportive environment to discuss any concerns or side effects and adjust medications, as needed.
Skill-building groups provide a chance for children and youth to learn and practice social-emotional skills with same-age peers. No diagnosis is necessary to join a group and all community members are welcome.
