A Skill-Building Group for Rising 6th – 8th Graders

Join Dr. Andrea Pascarelli for an 8-week group designed for rising middle-schoolers who want to learn how to improve their friendships, assert themselves and navigate social situations with confidence.

This 8-week group will focus on: 

  • Improving communication and friendship skills
  • Initiating and maintaining conversations
  • Navigating social conflict
  • Building social confidence in a variety of settings
Dr. Pascarelli is an experienced psychologist who specializes in working with children with a variety of conditions including generalized anxiety and social anxiety.

Dr. Andrea Pascarelli has extensive experience in evidenced based treatment including cognitive behavior therapy (CBT), exposure and response prevention (ERP), trauma-focused CBT, parent-child interaction therapy (PCIT), and parent-child interaction therapy-selective mutism (PCIT-SM). Dr. Pascarelli specializes in working with children with a variety of conditions including generalized anxiety, social anxiety, selective mutism, obsessive-compulsive disorders, stress management issues, trauma and depression. Dr. Pascarelli has worked with children and adolescents in both inpatient and outpatient settings, as well as provided school-based support services.
