Lead Clinician & Co-Founder
Dr. Luby completed her pre-doctoral residency in infant mental health at the Institute for Child and Family Health in Miami, FL, and an APA-accredited post-doctoral fellowship in clinical psychology at Kaiser Permanente Child and Adolescent Psychiatry Department in Santa Clara, CA.
She completed two years of specialized training in working with infants and toddlers and is certified in providing evidence-based care to children 0-5 and their families. She is passionate about early identification and intervention and maintains a ZERO to THREE membership.
In addition to her private practice, Dr. Luby collaborates with early childhood programs around the Bay Area and is a mental health consultant at the Mills College Children’s School, the oldest laboratory school on the West Coast.
