A Leiya Workshop

Mastering Movement: Developing Coordination & Confidence

A Skill-Building Group for 4-7 Year Olds

Does your child avoid trying new things on the playground, feel unsure about sports or other physical activities, or struggle to be safe with their body, maintain their balance, or respect people’s personal space?

Join Leiya’s in-house Occupational Therapist, Victoria Green, for a group designed to help kids increase coordination, confidence and self-awareness.  In this group kids will have fun practicing movement while also learning about “body bubbles” and how to respect their own and other people’s bodies. At the end of the 12-weeks, group participants will have greater body awareness and new skills for navigating the physical world–now and in the future.

Victoria Green, MS, OTR/L brings years of experience working with youth across a wide spectrum of contexts, ages, and circumstances. Victoria’s work is deeply informed in the therapeutic integration of the nervous system in order to achieve functional well-being.
